English John Costa Blanca provides relocation support, coordination, and general guidance only.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

relocation guidance and sequencing

introductions to independent, regulated third-party professionals

coordination of services provided by those third parties

orientation and area familiarisation sessions

general support during the relocation or property purchase process

English John Costa Blanca does not:

provide legal advice

provide tax advice

provide financial, investment, or insurance advice

sell or recommend financial or insurance products

act as a lawyer, tax adviser, insurer, estate agent, or mortgage broker

All regulated advice and services are provided by independent third-party professionals, including lawyers, tax advisers, insurers, mortgage brokers, and currency providers. Any advice or services provided by those parties remain their sole responsibility.

2. Client Responsibility

All decisions relating to:

immigration applications

tax matters

property purchases or rentals

insurance selection

financial arrangements

currency transfers

remain the sole responsibility of the client.

English John Costa Blanca provides guidance and coordination only and does not make decisions on the client’s behalf.

No guarantees are given regarding outcomes, approvals, timelines, costs, savings, or decisions made by third parties or authorities.

3. Orientation & Area Familiarisation

Orientation and area familiarisation sessions are provided solely as part of a relocation or protection package and are not sold as standalone services.

These sessions are:

informational and advisory in nature

designed to help clients understand locations and differences between areas

incidental to the consultancy service

They are not transport, chauffeur, taxi, or tour services.

Clients accompany English John Costa Blanca during orientation sessions as part of the consultancy relationship.

4. Third-Party Services

English John Costa Blanca may introduce or refer clients to third-party professionals.

Such introductions do not constitute:

endorsements

guarantees

responsibility for the actions, advice, or outcomes of those third parties

Clients are free to engage or not engage any third-party professional and are encouraged to carry out their own due diligence.

5. Fees & Payment

All fees are quoted in advance and relate to consultancy, coordination, and guidance services.

Payment is required before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any discounts offered are conditional on completion of the service.

If a client cancels before completion, all discounts are void and standard rates apply.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All services provided by English John Costa Blanca are personalised and involve advance preparation, planning, and professional time allocation.

If a client cancels before any work has commenced, a refund of up to 50% may be offered at our discretion.

Once any work has commenced — including consultations, planning, research, introductions, orientation sessions, or document preparation — no refund is available.

A 30-day notice period applies to cancellation of future services only and does not entitle the client to a refund for work already completed or time allocated.

7. Limitation of Liability

English John Costa Blanca shall not be liable for:

decisions made by the client

actions or omissions of third-party professionals

changes in law, regulation, or policy

delays, refusals, or outcomes imposed by authorities

financial loss arising from decisions taken by the client or third parties

Liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of English John Costa Blanca, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
